APAGAR Cladfill Acoustic Sealant is a high-quality water based, co-polymer acrylic with acoustic properties. It is specifically formulated to seal low movement joints, gaps and cracks for internal applications. Cladfill acoustic sealant can be used externally if over painted once cured. Typical applications include sealing joints around door frames, between gypsum panels, around windows, general gap filling for internal purposes and sealing of fixtures and fittings.
Application: Surfaces should be clean and free from any contamination. If applying from a cartridge, using a cartridge applicator, press firmly to extrude the material into the joint / gap / crack. Ensure the material is pressed/tooled into the opening to ensure no air entrapment and good surface contact for adhesion. Any excess material can be removed with a flat blade to give a smoothfinish. Masking tap can be used to give a clean edge.
If applying from a plastic tub, material can be applied with a spatula, putty knife or trowel. Excess material on surrounding surfaces can be removed while uncured using a damp cloth.

APAGAR FR Sealant Is a one-part flexible acrylic water based acoustic, fire rated sealant. It is specifically formulated to form and acoustic and fire rated intumescent barrier by sealing gaps between plaster board walls, floor and ceilings dry linings, and kraft lined insulation boards. It adheres to all construction substrate and can be painted within one hour, dependent on temperature and humidity. APAGAR FR Sealant is solvent free, non flammable, and easy to use.
Forms an acoustic and fire rated intumescent barrier. Up to 2-hour fire rating can be achieved.
APPLICATION:
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and sound. In order to obtain a smooth professional finish masking tape may be used to ensure neat sealant lines. Apply a continuous sealant bead into the joint. Tool within 5 minutes of application with a suitable spatula. Remove masking tape immediately after tooling.
- APAGAR FR Sealant is only water resistant once fully cured; therefore, do not apply in damp conditions.

APAGAR PU Sealant is a one component, high performance sealant based on Hybrid high performance sealant based on Hybrid Polyurethane Technology. It is Solvent, Silicone & Isocyanate Free & Non- staining for natural stones applications. having an excellent UV, weather & temperature resistance. It has excellent adhesion over a wide variety of substrates & is paintable with most common industrial paints.

APPLICATION
Cut tip of cartridge/ sausage with a sharp knife. Cut nozzle at 45angle to desire bead-width & apply to substrate with cartridge / sausage gun. Firmly extrude the sealant into slot ensuring complete contact with joint faces. The sealant should be tooled shortly after application before skin forms to ensure good contact with joint substrates.Use approved backing material for joints over 10mm deep. Uncured sealant can be cleaned up with mineral spirits.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place. away from direct sunlight and moisture. Storage temperature to be below 25C
